Rolled, shaped and ready to be baked

Bak Choy in our garden, A special variety which grows flowers! But the leaves are so sweet and yummy, grown on our very own special homemade compost! Yes, yes, SS was the happy gardener and chef. The greens grown here are really sweet, we grow our own coriander and the house comes with lots of mint and a mini strawberry plot too.
Our Garden: In the background is our neighbour's campervan. Its pretty cool inside, cosy and homey.

Chee Kuih: Specially made with this steamer rack I bought from the 2nd hand store.

Carrot Cake: Specially made version with prawns! Mrs Liu made the cake and I fried it up for her.

Char Siew Soh! With homemade charsiew, lovingly marinated, grilled and stewed. I finally know how to make the flakey chinese pastry skin. It has many layers and its crispy. Wanna make other stuff soon!

Riverstone Kitchen: This secretly lovely place I read about in my student's essay. Its actually rissotto, I didnt bother taking too much time to adjust the flash on my handphone camera, I just wanted to dig in! But check out the view at the back! There are snow capped mountains across the huge fields. This is really a upperty gourmet place to wine and dine, a bit like Holland Village in Singapore.

Scrumplicious Chocolate Cake with Blackberry Sorbet
